2001 – Establishing a Company in Banja Luka
2002 – beginning of cooperation with the German company Bosch&sohn Gmbh
2004 – signed a distribution agreement with Italian-Netherland company Esaote,
2005 – beginning of cooperation with the German company Pari Gmbh
2006 – first installation of the Eeg system and the beginning of cooperation with the Italian company Ates / Ebneuro
2008 – signed an exclusive distribution agreement with German company Rudolf Gmbh
2010 – organization of an international conference on cardiovascular echo, Banja Luka-June 2010.
2011 – the first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we are organizing 3D / 4D ultrasound school in Ob/gyn, Banjaluka-May 2011
2012 – Organization IRCBL 2012 “modern diagnostic and interventional procedures with the help of ultrasound,” Banjaluka, May, 2012.
2013 – in cooperation with University Clinical Centre of Banjaluka organized an international seminar in the field of minimally invasive surgery with the theme of “laparoscopic interventions in gynecology” – September 2013.
2015 – Association of Gynecologists and Obstetricians RS and Bawariamed organize School of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology “prim Petar Ristic”
2017 – Bawariamed, in cooperation with the Association of Parents of patients with cystic fibrosis RS organizes educational course “application of inhalation therapy with PARI inhalation devices”

2019 – in cooperation with the EBRD, start production projects

2020 – implementation of ISO 13485 standard and start production of CE marked medical devices
